Q: What’s your number one tip on how to maintain a healthy work life balance?
J: Maintaining a healthy work/life balance begins with yourself. Whatever ails you will certainly reflect on how you perform in your work and in your personal life. This also means to take time for yourself; this tip is not being selfish but is similar to saying to help others is to help yourself.
Q: What’s the most inspiring part of your job?
J: Knowing that I am helping others in their business where they can count on me to work alongside them while they continue to grow their business.
Q: What is the most important thing you’ve learned on the job?
J: To listen. We develop our knowledge through our own work/life experiences and continue to grow by listening and learning our clients’ work/life experiences.
Q: Which super power do you wish you had and why?
J: I wish I had the ability to fly. It is getting expensive to fly on airplanes nowadays.
Q: What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
J: Re-organize my kitchen pantry in alphabetical order
Q: Who do you admire the most and why?
J: My mother. Although she is no longer with us, I often wonder how she managed her personal and work life with six children. I only have one child and work/life is sometimes challenging. Also, there are a lot of life lessons that I have learned from her once I started “adulting”.
Q: What did you think you were going to grow up to be when you were a kid?
J: A pilot
Q: Where can you find you on Sunday mornings?
J: Going to church or playing tennis
Q: What’s a motto you live by?
J: Live, Love and Learn
